Warranty Statement
We provide a 12-month warranty or 1,000 working hours (whichever comes first) for all our machines.
During the warranty period, we offer free replacement of defective parts caused by quality issues under normal operation and proper maintenance.

Warranty Coverage Includes:

Engine and hydraulic system
Main pump, control valves, and motor
Structural parts: boom, arm, chassis, frame
Electrical system and sensors

Warranty Does Not Cover:

Wear parts (e.g., bucket teeth, seals, hoses, filters)
Damage caused by improper use or lack of maintenance
Unauthorized modifications
Accidents and force majeure

After-Sales Support:
We provide online technical support, operation guidance, parts supply, and after-sales service throughout the lifetime of the machine.
